Avinash leads education development across our Nepal schools, working with our dedicated team of Education Officers to support and develop teachers.

Since 2016, Avinash has also been leading our Nepal Fellowship Programme, through which Nepali graduates are placed in UWS Community Schools to improve teaching quality and community engagement.
